To help our research team quickly verify and correct inaccurate provider pricing, please include the following details in your email to corrections@transfergauge.com:
- Provider Name: The name of the money transfer provider (e.g., Wise, Remitly, Western Union).
- Currency Corridor: The sending and receiving countries (e.g., USA to India / USD to INR).
- Transfer Amount & Payment Method: The amount tested and payment rail used (e.g., $1,000 via ACH or Debit Card).
- Receiving Method: The delivery rail (e.g., UPI ID, Bank Account, or Cash Pickup).
- Observed Discrepancy: The rate, fee, or delivery time you observed on the provider's official site versus what was displayed on TransferGauge.
- Date / Screenshot (Optional): A screenshot of the provider's quote screen with timestamp to verify the discrepancy.
