TransferGauge is an independent informational comparison and referral platform. TransferGauge is NOT a bank, payment services provider, money transmitter, authorized payment institution, foreign exchange dealer, currency broker, or remittance company.

TransferGauge does not:

• Hold, safeguard, or custody customer funds or deposits;
• Execute, process, clear, or transmit money transfers or payments;
• Provide payment accounts, e-wallets, or stored-value facilities;
• Execute foreign exchange transactions or lock commercial currency rates;
• Act as an agent, broker, fiduciary, or representative of any remittance provider or user.

TransferGauge is not regulated or authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), or any other financial regulatory agency to perform payment or banking services.

The content, comparison models, calculators, articles, and TransferGauge Scores provided on this platform are for general informational, educational, and comparative purposes only. None of the materials on this website constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

3. Indicative Data Disclaimer & User Verification Obligation

Foreign exchange markets fluctuate continuously. Actual provider fees and exchange rates differ based on payment rail (e.g. ACH vs. debit card vs. wire), recipient rail (bank account vs. UPI vs. cash pickup), transfer amount, customer verification status, and real-time market volatility.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the final quote, binding exchange rate, fee breakdown, and terms directly with the chosen third-party provider before initiating or authorizing any financial transaction. TransferGauge makes no representation or warranty that any provider will execute a transfer at the benchmark figures shown on our platform.

4. Third-Party Providers & External Transactions

When you select a provider and click a link to visit their website or application, you leave TransferGauge. Any money transfer, payment instruction, KYC identity verification, or contractual relationship is entered into exclusively between you and the respective third-party provider.

TransferGauge has no control over, and accepts no liability or responsibility for:

• The performance, execution, delay, cancellation, or failure of any money transfer;
• The solvency, regulatory standing, or security practices of third-party providers;
• The accuracy of third-party websites, terms, or customer service communications;
• Any losses, banking fees, intermediary deductions, or damages incurred while dealing with third-party providers.

5. Affiliate Disclosure & Commercial Relationships

TransferGauge may receive referral commissions or compensation from certain third-party providers when users click outbound links on our platform and register or complete a transaction.

All third-party company names, product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site (including but not limited to Wise, Remitly, Western Union, OFX, Xoom, MoneyGram, WorldRemit, Xe, Instarem, Ria, Paysend, and TransferGo) are the registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Provider names and trademarks are used for identification and comparative reference. No endorsement or affiliation is implied unless expressly stated.

7. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All original content, scoring methodologies, mathematical models, site designs, software code, and editorial materials on TransferGauge are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Use automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract comparison data or benchmarks without prior written consent;
• Frame, mirror, or republish TransferGauge comparison tools without express written authorization;
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our servers and networks;
• Use TransferGauge for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TransferGauge is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our comparison data is error-free, exhaustive, complete, or continuously uninterrupted, nor do we warrant that any provider will accept your business or match the indicative rates displayed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TransferGauge, its founders, operators, employees, contractors, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of funds, lost profits, loss of data, transfer delays, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, TransferGauge;
• Any reliance placed on indicative benchmarks, scores, or information published on this platform;
• Any transaction, act, or omission of any third-party money transfer provider or payment processor;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or the use of TransferGauge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
